Tips For Booking Rentals at Smith Mountain Lake

For those planning a vacation, booking a condo or a house instead of a hotel can save you a lot of money.  And if you're traveling with children or large groups, the added space from a condo or house is a major benefit once all the bags are unpacked.

If you're thinking about renting  a home or condo for your Smith Mountain Lake vacation, here are some tips to consider:

1.  Work With A Reputable Company:  It goes without saying, but research on your rental company is key.  At RSI Rentals, our primary focus is to serve both owners and tenants with honesty and professionalism.  We're also a local business and we're available to help you with any questions you may have during your visit.  Whether there's a problem with your property or if you want to know where to get the best steak on the lake, we're just a phone call away!

2.  Read The Fine Print:  We know what it's like to be so excited about your Smith Mountain Lake vacation that you just want to sign the papers and go, but it's important to become familiar with the policies and procedures of your rental company BEFORE you sign any contracts.  The time you spend upfront will save you a lot of headache in the end.

3.  Choose The Right Property:  Yes, pictures are lovely, but consider things such as bed configurations and interior decor before you sign the dotted line.  The skilled staff at RSI will help you find the perfect property for your vacation so that everyone is comfortable...and not fighting over who has to sleep on the sofa.

4.  And Choose Early!  Smith Mountain Lake is a popular vacation destination.  Waiting too late may result in limited options.  Visit www.RSIRentals.com to view available properties and speak with one of our representatives to make sure that you get the perfect property.
